Split-Screen choice
When creating our split screen to show the similarities between the two characters, we had two ways of creating it:
1. Keep the boy to one side of the split screen, and the girl to the other
- Ordered
- Easy to understand
- Shows they are two separate narratives
2. Change which side of the split screen each character
- Shows that their stories are both inextricably linked
- Reflects their chaotic lives

Editing Update 2- Split Screen Creation
Our music video's narrative is about two people overcoming problems to develop in their chosen area to eventually succeed. The boy wins his race after weeks of training, and the girl is given a record deal after busking for ages. Here is how we created the split screen which our music video opens with, to show how the story's are linked by their aim to succeed.
